Direct placement: vetted workers from Eastern Europe, employed by you

With direct placement you hire the worker yourself. We find, vet and place them. From our network in Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, the Baltics and Ukraine we fill positions from production helper to skilled worker.

Direct placement: contract documents and a safety helmet on the table

Our placement process

Four steps from the requirement to the signed employment contract:

  • Requirement analysis: profile, qualification, language level, starting date
  • Candidate selection from the Eastern European network, with CV screening, references and a personal interview
  • Contract and document coordination: bringing together the paperwork, supporting registration and hiring
  • Integration at your location: travel, accommodation, official appointments, language support

Skilled workers and helpers for your company

We place production staff, machine and plant operators, electrical helpers, welders, warehouse and logistics staff as well as workers for food production and hospitality, German or English speaking depending on your requirements.

Recruitment usually within 2 to 6 weeks

EU citizens are often ready to work within a few days. Candidates from third countries such as Vietnam, the Philippines, India or Central Asia are recruited through partner structures on the ground: we act as intermediary and coordinator, and the employer remains the partner company in the country of origin. Work permits and eligibility requirements are the responsibility of the partner company and the client site; the process takes several months until the assignment starts.

Also with workers from Vietnam and Asia

This model does not only work with staff from Eastern Europe: on request we also fill positions with vetted Vietnamese workers as well as candidates from India, Nepal, Pakistan and Central Asia, welders and metal specialists among them. Recruitment runs through partner structures on the ground: we act as intermediary and coordinator, and the work permits are the responsibility of the partner company in the country of origin.

Frequent questions

Law, cost, process.

Why are workers from Eastern Europe more affordable?

More affordable does not mean lower quality: lower living costs in the countries of origin allow a different calculation, while pay stays fair and contractually fixed in line with the German minimum wage and collective agreements.

What is included in the hourly rate?

All inclusive as per quote: accommodation, vehicle and transport costs as well as overtime without surcharges, plus placement, ongoing support and administration. The agreed costs are fixed in writing before the assignment starts, and there are no hidden extras.

Is the German minimum wage observed?

Yes. Wages are contractually defined, and German labor law and collective standards apply to the employment relationship. Wage dumping is not compatible with our model.

Are the workers legally employed?

Yes. Every assignment requires either EU citizenship or valid residence and work permits. For workers from third countries, the partner company in the country of origin is responsible for the work permits, and the client site verifies legal eligibility to work. Registration, social insurance and payroll tax are handled properly.

How quickly are workers ready to start?

EU candidates often within a few days, complete teams usually in 7 to 10 days. That window does not apply to third countries such as Vietnam, the Philippines, India or Central Asia: there, recruitment runs through our partner structures on the ground and takes several months until the assignment starts.
