These profiles are in demand above all in the northern German shipyard regions and the supplier plants around them. We organize accommodation and travel as well, because yard assignments are rarely close to home. Welders with a yard profile are assessed by process (MAG, TIG, stick) and documented practice; certified welders start at €31.00 net per hour, skilled helpers for assembly and metalwork at €26.90. Where the European market falls short, we draw on our Asian network: welders and metal specialists from Vietnam, with several months of lead time and exclusively through service, contract-for-work and subcontracting models.
