A network from Europe all the way to Asia.
We recruit where the right people are: in Central and Eastern Europe, the Balkans and the Baltics, plus Vietnam, the Philippines, India, Nepal, Pakistan and the Central Asian CIS states. Outside the EU we recruit through partner structures on the ground: we act as intermediary and coordinator, and the partner company in the country of origin is responsible for the work permits.
The largest recruitment market in Eastern Europe: production, construction and logistics workers with long experience in Germany, often available at short notice.
Our historical base since 1987: industrial and skilled workers, many with German language skills and experience in metal and manufacturing.
Home of our parent company: a close network for production, assembly and logistics, EU citizens with no work permit hurdles.
A strong base for manufacturing, automotive and industrial assembly; recruitment runs through our Budapest network.
A wide choice of construction and production workers; proven in crews with their own supervision.
Reliable helper and skilled worker profiles for industry, construction and agriculture.
Trade and hospitality profiles with EU freedom of movement, in demand in construction and tourism.
Experienced metal and construction specialists. Serbia is not part of the EU: temporary staffing is reserved for workers holding an EU passport, so Serbian workers are deployed through service, contract-for-work and subcontracting models; the work and residence permits are the responsibility of the partner company.

Answered clearly, before you have to ask.
Why are workers from Eastern Europe more affordable?
More affordable does not mean lower quality: lower living costs in the countries of origin allow a different calculation, while pay stays fair and contractually fixed in line with the German minimum wage and collective agreements.
What is included in the hourly rate?
All inclusive as per quote: accommodation, vehicle and transport costs as well as overtime without surcharges, plus placement, ongoing support and administration. The agreed costs are fixed in writing before the assignment starts, and there are no hidden extras.
What do workers from Eastern Europe actually cost?
Semi-skilled workers and production helpers, including licensed forklift drivers, cost €22.50 net per hour. Skilled helpers for assembly and metalwork start at €26.90, certified welders at €31.00. These are indicative rates; the binding terms are set in the quote after the requirement analysis, depending on qualification, duration and model.
Is the German minimum wage observed?
Yes. Wages are contractually defined, and German labor law and collective standards apply to the employment relationship. Wage dumping is not compatible with our model.
Are the workers legally employed?
Yes. Every assignment requires either EU citizenship or valid residence and work permits. For workers from third countries, the partner company in the country of origin is responsible for the work permits, and the client site verifies legal eligibility to work. Registration, social insurance and payroll tax are handled properly.
How is social insurance handled?
Through the respective employer: pension, health, long-term care and unemployment insurance are covered within the respective employment relationship.
How quickly are workers ready to start?
EU candidates often within a few days, complete teams usually in 7 to 10 days. That window does not apply to third countries such as Vietnam, the Philippines, India or Central Asia: there, recruitment runs through our partner structures on the ground and takes several months until the assignment starts.
