Outsourcing to Eastern Europe: ready-made concepts instead of isolated fixes
When capacity, cost and headcount in Germany no longer add up, the answer is not to manage the bottleneck but to move the work step. We take over entire manufacturing and process sections within our network in Eastern Europe: as an extension of your shop floor, with defined work packages and predictable unit costs.

Ready-made concepts instead of isolated fixes
You do not order hours, you order a result. We record the work step, plan the relocation and deliver the finished output back to you:
- Process capture: work steps, cycle times, quality requirements, interfaces
- Site selection within the network, based on machinery and available skilled workers
- Defined work package and fixed unit costs, agreed in writing before the start
- Ramp-up with sample parts and formal approval, series production only afterwards
- Quality assurance and documentation throughout the entire term
- One dedicated contact person in Germany for everything concerning the order
A network that has grown since 1987
Our group has worked in Central and Eastern Europe since 1987, with headquarters in Bratislava. Added to that are partner plants in the twelve Eastern European countries we recruit from anyway. Depending on the work package, production sits where equipment and skilled workers fit: metalworking, assembly, kitting and packaging, and preparatory process steps. The legal framework remains the EU framework, with the familiar standards for contracts, taxes and occupational safety.
An extension of your shop floor, not a loss of control
Relocating does not mean losing sight of things. You receive inspection records and progress reports, and we flag deviations before they turn into a missed deadline. If you want to see the plant before the first order runs, you visit it with us.
How this differs from a contract for work
Under a contract for work (Werkvertrag), our team comes to you and completes a defined work package inside your company. With outsourcing, the work stays with us: the process step runs at our site or at a partner plant in Eastern Europe, and you receive the finished result. Which route works depends on volumes, transport distance and depth of manufacturing. We say so honestly when the contract for work is the better choice.
Including production within our Asian network
Where it fits technically, we involve partner plants from our Asian network, for example on metalwork with a high welding content. The framework stays the same: defined deliverable, verified qualifications, complete contract documentation. How we select and verify there is described on our page about workers from Vietnam and Asia.
Or would a different model fit better?
Law, cost, process.
Why are workers from Eastern Europe more affordable?
More affordable does not mean lower quality: lower living costs in the countries of origin allow a different calculation, while pay stays fair and contractually fixed in line with the German minimum wage and collective agreements.
What is included in the hourly rate?
All inclusive as per quote: accommodation, vehicle and transport costs as well as overtime without surcharges, plus placement, ongoing support and administration. The agreed costs are fixed in writing before the assignment starts, and there are no hidden extras.
Is the German minimum wage observed?
Yes. Wages are contractually defined, and German labor law and collective standards apply to the employment relationship. Wage dumping is not compatible with our model.
Are the workers legally employed?
Yes. Every assignment requires either EU citizenship or valid residence and work permits. For workers from third countries, the partner company in the country of origin is responsible for the work permits, and the client site verifies legal eligibility to work. Registration, social insurance and payroll tax are handled properly.
How quickly are workers ready to start?
EU candidates often within a few days, complete teams usually in 7 to 10 days. That window does not apply to third countries such as Vietnam, the Philippines, India or Central Asia: there, recruitment runs through our partner structures on the ground and takes several months until the assignment starts.
