Metal is our core sector. Since the 1990s we have been filling positions in metal fabrication, machining and steel processing, from skilled helper to certified welder. We verify by process and hands-on practice, not by paperwork.
These are the profiles we fill.
We verify qualifications during selection: certificates, documented practice and, on request, work samples, with welders assessed separately by process. Skilled helpers for assembly and metalwork start at €26.90 net per hour, certified welders at €31.00, each all inclusive as per quote with organized accommodation. If the Eastern European market cannot cover your demand, we also recruit welders and metal specialists in Vietnam. That route needs several months of lead time and runs through service, contract-for-work and subcontracting models rather than temporary staffing; how selection and verification work there is described on our page about workers from Vietnam and Asia.
