Temporary staffing and staff leasing: flexible workers from Eastern Europe

In staff leasing, legally temporary staffing (German AÜG, Arbeitnehmerüberlassung), the workers are deployed at your company for exactly the period you need reinforcement. The lender and employer is a licensed partner company that carries the employer obligations; Arbeitina acts as intermediary and coordinator, and your company remains the client site with the duties that arise there.

How temporary staffing works with Arbeitina

From recruitment in the country of origin to support at the client site, we coordinate the process and you have one contact person:

  • Recruitment and selection in the country of origin, tailored to your requirement profile
  • The legal prerequisites settled before the first working day, together with your company
  • Employment with the licensed partner company that carries the employer obligations
  • Placement with your company, for short-term peaks as well as long-term demand
  • Minimum wage, collective agreements, social insurance and payroll tax run through the partner company as the employer
  • Support and coordination on site, in several languages where needed

Staff leasing at predictable rates

Semi-skilled workers and production helpers cost €22.50 per hour, licensed forklift drivers included; skilled helpers for assembly and metalwork start at €26.90, certified welders at €31.00. These are indicative net rates; the binding rate is set in the quote after the requirement analysis. All inclusive as per quote: accommodation, vehicle and transport costs as well as overtime without surcharges. The agreed costs are fixed in writing before the assignment begins, and there are no hidden extras.

Clearly separated under the AÜG

Temporary staffing should be no gray area: transparent contracts, proper registration with the social insurance authorities by the employer of the workers and a clear line between staffing, contracts for work and self-employment. The AÜG license is held by the partner company that employs the workers; we act as intermediary and coordinator, and the duties at the client site remain with your company.

Frequent questions

Law, cost, process.

Why are workers from Eastern Europe more affordable?

More affordable does not mean lower quality: lower living costs in the countries of origin allow a different calculation, while pay stays fair and contractually fixed in line with the German minimum wage and collective agreements.

What is included in the hourly rate?

All inclusive as per quote: accommodation, vehicle and transport costs as well as overtime without surcharges, plus placement, ongoing support and administration. The agreed costs are fixed in writing before the assignment starts, and there are no hidden extras.

Is the German minimum wage observed?

Yes. Wages are contractually defined, and German labor law and collective standards apply to the employment relationship. Wage dumping is not compatible with our model.

Are the workers legally employed?

Yes. Every assignment requires either EU citizenship or valid residence and work permits. For workers from third countries, the partner company in the country of origin is responsible for the work permits, and the client site verifies legal eligibility to work. Registration, social insurance and payroll tax are handled properly.

How quickly are workers ready to start?

EU candidates often within a few days, complete teams usually in 7 to 10 days. That window does not apply to third countries such as Vietnam, the Philippines, India or Central Asia: there, recruitment runs through our partner structures on the ground and takes several months until the assignment starts.
